RULES
Should the participant cancel his/her entry/subscription, the following refunds shall apply:
In the event of cancellation due to death or hospitalization: No cancellation fee will be levied.
Refunds up to 30 April 2025: 90% of entry fee.
Refunds between 01 May to 30 July 2025: 50% of entry fee.
Refunds between 31 July to 30 August 2025: 20% of entry fee.
No refunds after 30 August 2025.
Substitutions may be made (only until 12 September 2025): R750-00 per rider transferred.
Entries cannot be carried over to the following year or any other future events.
Please be aware: Only fully paid entries received by 30 July 2025 will qualify for event apparel.

DRYLAND REWARDS PROGRAM
Many of the Dryland loyal supporters take part in multiple Dryland events in a calendar year and often across different disciplines. Athletes stand the chance to qualify for between 5% and 60% value back on their event entries, with the higher tiers qualifying for even more benefits.

The level of value back offered is determined by the rider’s qualifying tier level. The opening tier levels are determined by the number of events the participant successfully completed during the last complete run of events.
